Who we are. JHX Capital Limited, trading as AIL Dating, is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect. When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name (optional), your email address and your message.

Why. We use this information only to read and respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not add you to any mailing list and do not use your details for marketing.

How it is processed. Your enquiry is sent securely by email using our email delivery provider (Resend) to our business mailbox. Enquiries are not stored in a website database. Your IP address may be processed briefly to prevent spam and abuse.

Retention. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and normally delete them within 12 months.

Cookies. This website does not use advertising or non-essential tracking cookies.

Your rights. Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, reply to any email we have sent you or contact us through the enquiry form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
